HMRC revises VAT Notice 742A 'Opting to tax land and buildings'

HMRC has revised Notice 742A to incorporate changes announced in VAT Information Sheets 06/09, 14/09, 02/10 and 08/10 and recent changes in the law concerning the option to tax.
