Customs launch appeal in phone cards case

Customs and Excise have issued a Business Brief (03/05) setting out their view of the implications of the recent High Court Judgement in the case of The Queen on the application of Idt Card Services Ireland Limited v Commrs of Customs & Excise - CO/3944/2004 ('IDT') and announcing that they have appealed the High Court's judgment to the Court of Appeal.
