On Dutch Budget Day 2024 (17 September 2024) the Dutch government published proposals to amend Dutch tax legislation. The 2025 Tax Plan and accompanying amendments were adopted in the Dutch House of Representatives on 14 November 2024 and are still subject to approval of the Senate.
